For a subject I have T1w, T2w MRI and DWI data (.bval, .bvec, .nii.gz). I have reconstructed the head model from T1w and T2w through the HeadModelGeneration function, but I don't have any clue on how to integrate in my model the DWI data. I found in the API browser the class ConductivityTensorMappingEvaluator, could you help me to use this class or other functions that could help me to obtain the electric field distribution with the right conductivity for the white matter?
