How can I interpolate a field quantity at a given location?

For interpolation, you can drag any object from the model tree into the explorer window of the analysis. Next, select simultaneously the object and the extracted sensor in the properties window and choose Interpolator. Select the quantity in the properties window and choose a Viewer. You can change the edge length of the discretized object in the properties window as well if it looks too coarse. This works with all type of objects, including points, lines, surfaces etc...
