Hi!
I am trying to find the best electrode position to achieve targeted stimulation on a specific brain region using tACS pair to create an envelope. The problem I have is how to make the optimizer change the position of the electrodes on the realistic human brain model.
One solution I thought is to create many electrodes on the skin and then let the optimizer find the best pair to fulfill my constraints. The thing is that I have no idea how to do that and also the tutorials do not seem to help.
To sum up I want to have the optimizer try different pairs of electrodes from the cluster I will be having on the brain to find the maximization of the field in a specific area.
Can someone help me with that?
Thanks!
