FDTD Simulation Fail

Hello,
I was trying to run a quite simple simulation, but somehow it always fail with the error message: An aXware function call failed and reports: Invalid parameter value: can't have the same point twice in the same region...
I have no idea why this is happening, as I did not see anything suspecious.I attached the error info, as the simulation file is too big, I will send it to the support team email.
