    I'd like to know how to set up a Non-Uniform Conductivity for the LF Electro Quasi-Static model for skin (using Yoon-sun 3.0). Do I have to develop my own tensor field file, or are there files available for different tissues? This is my first time setting up my own simulations (I've been through a handful of tutorials) and would appreciate help understanding how to do this in detail.

      There is a tutorial that tries to explain this called 'tutorial_dti_conductivity.ipynb' with some example diffusion tensor image data for the white matter in the brain.

      Generally, you will need to bring your own data or generate it. In some cases (e.g. in elongated structure like spinal cord or nerves), you could also solve a Poisson equation with Dirichlet boundary conditions and use the gradient of the field as main direction, with anisotropic scaling of the perpendicular conductivity. There are evaluators for both cases.

      For which material/tissue do you want to assign non-uniform (anisotropic?) conductivity?

        Thank you @bryn, is that tutorial only available via the desktop version? I'm still working on the lite version for the time being and can't seem to find it.

        I want to assign non-uniform conductivity to the skin, I was hoping that there would be some data/files for this that I could use directly.

          In Sim4Life the tissue properties are provided as a single values. However, the IT’IS website provides supplemental information on the tissue properties. In addition to the average value, you can find the standard deviation, minima and maxima.
