Is there any way to retrieve and use results for an EMLF simulation that has not completed running?

I've been running an EMLF simulation for 4+ days now, it's a full body sim with 'fine' grid settings in critical areas, consisting of 300M cells, and a solver tolerance set to 'medium' at 1e-8. The simulation has been hovering around 73% with a minimum residual drop factor of 1.5e-6. Is there any way to stop the simulation as is and retrieve the results? It seems unguaranteed that this will finish in a reasonable amount of time, I'd like to move ahead with the current results and continue with my project.
