I am following the tutorial to apply temporal interface on SAM head.

    1. When running tutorial as it is, I obtained the error below for all 4 electrodes: 228b3d21-4af8-459e-b192-237a6ff2340c-image.png

    2. When I started to do the example step by step, it worked but the electric field value was zero (0 V/M). Is anyone faced the same thing?

There might be some mistake you made. Can you share some more details? Which tutorial are you following? There may be a mistake in either the tutorial or in your simulation.

I am following the official Sim4Life tutorials, specifically Tutorial 2.12 “SAM Head with Electrodes.” Even when I run the ready-made tutorial project exactly as it comes with the software, I receive the error message “Job failed” for all electrodes. In addition, when I reconstruct the tutorial step by step myself, the simulation runs but the resulting electric field has a value of 0 V/m everywhere.

@SULAFA 1. As mentioned in the call since you have 1 MPI license, changing the Solver setting from automatic to manual and setting the no of parallelization process to 1 seems to solve this issue.
          2. electrodes are not part of the simulation, we checked it with the voxel viewer
