Posable Yoon-sun in Sim4Life Light

Hello, I'm currently using Sim4Life Light and was reading through the manual when I came across the Poser (section 2.2.9 in the manual). I seem to be able to download and load the Yoon-sun posable model just fine, but I can't see the poser in the ribbon. Any idea for why that might be? Is the poser unavailable for the Light version?
I've attached a screenshot below showing the ribbon when I click on the "Bone Mesh System" that's mentioned in the manual
