Dear Sim4Life Support Team and Community,

I am a researcher currently using Sim4Life v9.0 for computational bioelectromagnetic simulations in mainland China. My institutional license is approaching its expiration date, and I am writing to seek clarification regarding the license renewal process in light of recent changes to the regional distribution structure.

Specifically, I have learned that the authorized distributor/reseller for Sim4Life in mainland China may be transitioning to a new partner. Given this context, I would greatly appreciate guidance on the following:

1. License Renewal Pathway: Should I proceed by directly contacting the central Licensing Team (licensing@zmt.swiss) to initiate renewal, and then await further instructions? Or is there an interim contact point for mainland China users during this transition period?

2. New Regional Support: Has a new authorized service/distribution team for mainland China been officially confirmed? If so, could you please share their contact information or expected onboarding timeline?

3. Continuity Assurance: To avoid any interruption in ongoing research projects, are there any provisional measures or grace periods available for users whose licenses expire during this transitional phase?
