Sim4Life Light Activation Error

I have installed Sim4Life Light 4.4 in my desktop. I tried to activate the software with my email address. However, when I enter my email address and click send code, it poped up that unable to send the activation code to this email address, "Error code 9200"

Were you connected to the internet during the activation process?
Could you please specify what windows version you are using?
