I have installed new version of Sim4Life Light 18.104.22.16865, however when I run (with administrator privileges, antivirus and firewall turned off) the Sim4Life for the first time, nothing is happening.
In Task Manager I see the "FNPLicensingService64.exe" started. I made sure that Permissions for this *.exe file are set to Full Control. I tried to reinstall Sim4Life and also to install earlier 4.4. version without any success.
Does anybody have any idea what should I do to make it work?
After installing the Light version, when you launch it for the 1st time, you should normally have a pop-up asking you for your email address/activation code. Have you being able to do all this activation process?

Sim4Life Light V5.2.1 was recently released. Could you please try to install that version and let us know if you still experience issues. Thanks.
I had the same issue yesterday with installing Sim4Life Light V5.2.1. Uninstalling and reinstalling seemed to work for me to get the pop-up to activate a license. Hopefully the same works for you!
Thank you for your responses. The trick was in not "just" to disable the antivirus, but to completely uninstall it. Then the activation worked.
