Error : Can't create attribute 'material_version'.

i based on example of 2 plates
\Sim4Life\7.0\Documentation\Tutorials\Tutorial Scripts\tutorial_emlf_parallel_plate.py"i load some mesh use stl then assign material
now i run simulation it ended successfully but no fields created.
now i add source as positive and negative and run simulation again i got
Error : Can't create attribute 'material_version'.
Error : HDF5 error(s):
Attribute - Unable to initialize object: unable to create attribute
Attribute - Unable to create file: unable to create attribute
Attribute - Object already exists: attribute already exists
