I would like to do the simulation on a head model with the parcellization of the cortex. Is there the possibility to parcellate the cortex with an atlas directly in Sim4Life? If not, I could obtain the parcellation through FreeSurfer obtaining a segmented image .mgz, then can I reconstruct the mesh in Sim4life?
