Poser Tool Apply button missing in version 7?

I think I'm having a similar problem to this question, where GUI buttons are missing in version 7:

using the Poser Tool in Sim4Life version 7.0.1.8169 with OpenGL 3.0.0, using it directly on a laptop (not remote).

This was never a problem with the previous version 6.2 though (on the same computer).

How can I apply my pose transformations?

Can you please try to update your OpenGL to a version at least >3.2?
